Around 25 General Mills employees attended a Chinese cookery class today held by John Malony.
Some of the dishes prepared and cooked included vegetable spring rolls, chicken satay, egg fried rice, chicken and broccoli stir fry, sweet and sour sauce, chow mien. Once finished in the kitchen the “trainee chefs” sat down for lunch to enjoy the authentic food they produced.
It was a fabulous day enjoyed by all. A big thank you to all the team involved!
