As a Relief Chef Manager, you would be responsible for the following:

·Providing holiday and absence cover and training for existing Chef Managers

Minimum Level III Food Safety Training is required as is C&G 706 1 and 2 plus experience of equivalent minimum NVQ Level III in Professional Cookery plus 3 to 4 years relevant experience as a Head Chef, Chef Manager or Support Manager. An understanding of nutrition would also be an advantage.

You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and be able to travel on a daily basis.
