We currently have an excellent opportunity for a creative and effective Sous Chef to work as part of a busy team in a Prestigious School location in Henley-on-Thames.

Responsibilities

  • Managing, motivating and training the team.
  • Food Preparation
  • Responsible for stock taking, stock control, stock rotation and ordering.
  • Menu planning and accurate costing.
  • Budget control, ensuring company standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
  • Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed.
  • Ensuring dietary requirements are strictly managed and adhered to.
