We currently have an excellent opportunity for a creative and effective Sous Chef to join our new Business and Industry location in Birmingham.

Key Skills:

  • Passionate about food and working with seasonal, high quality ingredients
  • Food focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety and allergens
  • Ideally has previous experience at a Sous Chef level
