Brand New B&I Restaurant Opening September 2018

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

£30,000 per annum

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join Thomas Franks at one of our B&I locations in Adderbury, near Banbury.

As a Thomas Franks Chef Manager, you will need to be innovative, creative and proud to stand behind everything you create and serve. As well as possessing these skills, our partner is looking for a dynamic, forward thinking individual with the ability to think outside the box during the development stage. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside growing company with a brand new state of the art restaurant and kitchen.

  • Ensure service level agreements are in place and customer and client expectations are met
  • Ensure the catering premises and equipment are maintained, clean and hygienic and safe systems of work are in place
  • Managing, motivating and training the team
  • Ensure all Food Hygiene and Health and Safety policies and allergen control procedures are completed daily
  • Ensure that financial margins are being met from planning and ordering through to stock holding, consumption and waste
