We currently have an excellent opportunity for a creative, effective and proactive sixth form Café Supervisor to work within a prestigious school location in South London (SW16).

Skills and knowledge required for this position are:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Provide consistently exceptional standards of service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess strong organisation skills
  • Exceptional food and beverage knowledge and skill
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Can do attitude and a team player
  • To be able to direct staff and organise all the front of house catering services
  • Ensure that catering premises and equipment are maintained, clean and hygienic and that safe systems of work are in place.
  • Ensure all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are completed daily.
