We currently have an excellent opportunity for a creative and effective Executive Chef Manager who is passionate about high quality standards and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who enjoys creative cooking and who can develop the close knit team of staff in our brand new kitchen and restaurant. The Executive Chef Manager would have a client first attitude and be able to manage client expectations. The successful candidate will be expected to manage stock, bookwork and work within a set client budget. The position is to oversee the catering function for up to 450 pupils and 100 teachers daily, which provides vibrant and exciting choices for the breakfast, mid-morning snacks and the lunch time service, Match/Parents teas, After school club & fine dining. The age range of the pupils is 2 – 11 so there needs to be exceptional variety and choice for all.

As Chef Manager you will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of food within the school and be an inspiring Chef who can develop the food service and the team. You will also be responsible for the book work/payroll for this location.

The successful candidate must also be up to date with current food trends and cooking techniques and be highly organised and calm under pressure. Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the education sector would be advantageous.

Chef de Partie – Marcham, Oxfordshire

Salary: £22,000 per annum

General Catering Assistants – Weekends Term-time only – Shaftesbury
