The latest bread making class was a huge success!

On Saturday some of our chef team took the chance to hone their skills and brush up on some favourite bread techniques.

First up was the raisin bread which is a dry prove bread, next came the brioche which is a wet prove bread, then it was the turn of the croissants, Chelsea buns, pain au chocolate and Danish pastries.

Feedback has been fantastic and the team walked away with a wealth of knowledge which will be taken back to their locations.
